One hundred of women undergoing urethral polyp electrosection were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were given “Ningbitai Capsule” and Levofloxacin Tablets and control group in which 40 cases were given Levofloxacin Tablet only, with a course of 5-7 days.

先天性畸形之一。尿道阙如常并发其他严重畸形，尿道阙如或闭锁时，胎儿在宫内排出的尿液使膀胱膨胀，压迫脐动脉，引起胎儿循环障碍，故多为死产。尿道闭锁的预后决定于闭锁部位。如系后尿道闭锁，与尿道阙如相同，多为死产或生后不久死亡。前尿道闭锁尤以靠近尿道外口者，尿路压力较轻，可行尿道造瘘术，日后再行尿道成形术。
