心外科手术之一。适用于导管粗短的病例。全麻下经左后外侧切口进胸,显露动脉导管,应用硝普钠等降压药物,将收缩压降至10.7kPa,分别于导管的主动脉侧和肺动脉侧,放置两把无创伤导管钳(Potts钳),导管较短者,可在主动脉侧放置Potts-Smith钳夹在降主动脉上,再在两把钳间切断导管,以3-0无创伤针线连续缝合切口两端,先缝主动脉侧,后缝肺动脉侧,缝合应细致准确,避免导致大出血。手术死亡率小于1%。
