The aim of this study is to compare the diagnostic value of myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) in CAD with CAG during the screening process,then discuss the repeatability and the probalble factors affecting the detection of MCE.
目的 本文拟以CAG为参考标准,研究心肌超声造影(myocardial contrast echocardiography,MCE)用于中老年心脏瓣膜病患者筛查合并冠心病的可行性及准确性;探讨MCE定量分析的重复性及影响MCE分析的可能因素。

心脏声学造影
超声学检查方法之一。又称“造影超声心动图法”。正常心脏与大血管中的血液是均质性液体,无回声反射。当经过导管或从外周静脉注入能产生小气泡而改变血液均质性的某些物质(如双氧水、二氧化碳等),就可在该物质流经的部位出现浓密的云雾状回声反射。在超声心动图的基础上,对这些回声出现的部位、次序及流动方向等进行分析,就可对分流性和反流性心血管疾病做出诊断。这种技术称为心脏声学造影,用于注射的对比剂即为声学对比剂。该方法对设备要求不高,操作方法简单,且可多次重复,基本无副作用。
