先天性唇窦道
congenital lip sinus
为罕见畸形。好发于下唇唇红部,偶有发生于唇珠、口角、上唇及唇正中等处,常伴有先天性唇裂或腭裂,女性多发。多为两个,位于唇红部中线的两旁。窦道口为圆形凹陷或横向裂隙,周缘稍隆起,略呈乳头状,直径2~3mm,窦道细如发丝,深浅不一,浅似小窝,并穿通口轮匝肌向深部伸展,长约2cm,盲端与窦道相通。不时见有黏液分泌,进食时尤为显著。治疗宜在学龄前进行,在窦道内注入亚甲蓝,围绕窦口作横梭形切口,将感染的窦道连同引流于窦道内的黏液腺一并切除,以防止术后发生黏液囊肿。
