性质:极易吸潮的白色粉末。极易溶于水,几乎不溶于乙醇、氯仿、丙酮。熔点198℃(分解)。

制备方法:可从肝或酵母提取,也可通过化学合成。合成法以胞嘧啶-5'-二磷酸与乙烯亚胺反应生成胞嘧啶-5'-二磷酸氨基乙酯,然后用碘甲烷甲基化即得。也可将胞嘧啶-5'-磷酸酰胺与磷酸胆碱酯直接缩合而得。

用途:该品是卵磷酯生物合成前体,能促使卵磷脂生物合成。该品可促进大脑功能的恢复和苏醒。适用于脑外伤、中风后遗症等的意识障碍,也用于中枢神经系统急性损伤所致意识障碍。
