【性状】
本品为无色或微黄色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品适量，照安乃近项下的鉴别(1)、(2)项试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
颜色 取本品，与黄色3 号标准比色液（附录Ⅸ A第一法）比较，不得 更深。 pH值 应为5.0 ～7.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品10ml，置100ml 量瓶中，加乙醇80ml，再加水稀释至 刻度，摇匀，立即精密量取10ml，置锥形瓶中，加乙醇2ml 、水6.5ml 与甲醛溶液 0.5 ml，放置 1分钟，加盐酸溶液(9→1000)1.0ml，摇匀，用碘滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定（控 制滴定速度为每分钟3 ～5ml ），至溶液所显的淡黄色在30秒钟内不褪。每1ml碘 滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于17.57mg 的C13H16N3NaO4S.H2O 。
