PURPOSE: To study the apoptosis and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase(TNSALP) of stratum intermedium cell in postnatal stage of BALB/c mouse.
目的:观察小鼠釉质发育过程中成釉器中间层细胞的增殖、凋亡和其组织非特异性碱性磷酸酶(tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase,TNSALP)的表达,探讨中间层在釉质形成过程中的可能作用。

Methods:The serum levels of calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),total alkaline phosphatase(TALP),parathyroid hormone(PTH),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP) and osteocalcin(OC) were measured in 48 children with INS who had not been treated with glucocorticoid at active stage and 30 healthy ones(as control group).
方法:检测比较48例初发且未经激素治疗的活动期INS患儿和30例正常的健康儿童(对照组)的血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、总碱性磷酸酶(TALP)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)和骨钙素(OC)水平,并摄前臂骨X线片。

方法64只健康成年新西兰兔随机分为正常对照组、激素造模组、中药治疗组、中药预防组(n=16),分别于处理的0、2、4、6、8、12周测定血清中骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)的含量及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)的活性,并于第4、6、8、12周分批处死动物,取双侧股骨头进行常规病理组织学检查。

用于鉴别急性粒细胞性白血病和急性单核细胞性白血病的一种染色方法。作用于短链脂肪酸的酶，为非特异性酯酶，不同的白细胞中含有不同的非特异性酯酶。白细胞中的非特异性酯酶将α-醋酸萘酯水解产生萘酚，再与重氮盐作用生成不溶性的有色沉淀。根据不同颜色来鉴别各种白细胞。粒细胞及淋巴细胞基本呈淡黄色为阴性反应；单核细胞呈黑色为阳性反应，根据阳性反应的程度不同，可呈现不同颜色，呈灰黑色为弱阳性反应；如原、幼单核细胞阶段反应较弱为弱阳性反应；呈棕黑色为中度阳性反应，如成熟阶段的单核细胞，呈深黑色为强阳性反应。组织细胞性淋巴瘤，也呈阳性反应。
