To study the protective effect of shenqi guigan decoction on myocardial injury rats induced by isoproterenol(ISO).
为探讨参芪桂苷汤对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用,采用皮下注射30 mg/kg异丙肾上腺素造成Wistar大鼠心肌缺血性损伤模型,30只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血模型组、参芪桂苷汤组,观察心电图、心肌病理、血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,结果发现参芪桂苷汤组可显著降低异丙肾上腺素所致心肌缺血大鼠的心电图异常升高的ST段,使血清CPK、LDH降低,增加心肌组织SOD的活力,减少MDA生成,与模型组比较,P<0。

材料：白木耳、莲子、桂花蜜、冰糖适量。
作法：1、白木耳加水泡开，去除杂质。
2、莲子加水，快熟时加入白木耳及冰糖，煮至熟。
3、放凉后移入冰箱，吃之前加点桂花蜜，就是一道香甜的桂花蜜银耳汤。
平常吃惯的银耳莲子汤，一旦加入桂花蜜，独特的桂花香将使得平淡的莲子更有滋味，白木耳也更具有口感！
