Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Warming Kidney and to restore normal Collateral Suppository treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and explore its role mechanisms, menawhile, to discuss the correlation between the collateral disease theory and DPN as well as the foundation of treating DPN with warming Yang to restore normal collateral principle.
目的:评价温肾通络栓治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制,探讨络病理论与DPN相关性及温阳通络法治疗DPN理论基础。

| 温经通络 中医温法之一。运用具有辛温散寒作用的药物组成方剂，以温经通络、祛散寒邪的治法。适用于寒邪凝滞经脉之痹痛、厥逆，脉细欲绝等证。常用桂枝、麻黄、细辛、当归、白芍等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有当归四逆汤。临床上若患者素体阳虚，内有久寒，加吴茱萸、生姜以加强温中散寒之功。若阳虚寒重者，可加入附子、干姜以助阳散寒；若兼素体气虚，可加入党参、黄芪以补气扶正。 |
