To search for potential drugs with potent antitussive,expectorant,antiasthmatic activities and low toxicity,a series of verticinone-bile acids salts were prepared based on the clearly elucidated antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic activities of verticinone in bulbs of Fritillaria and different bile acids in Snake Bile.
活性筛选结果显示,浙贝乙素胆酸盐和浙贝乙素鹅去氧胆酸盐的镇咳、祛痰和平喘活性较强,尤其是二者显示出比磷酸可待因还强的镇咳活性值得关注。

材料

豆皮3张、香菇(切丝炒香)5朵

金茸3两、冬菜、姜、香菜各少许

【1调味料】

酱油半大匙、胡椒粉、香油

味素、糖各少许

【2调味料】

冬菜、酱油、姜末各少许

【做法】

a、香菇丝、金茸去头洗净,一起

下锅炒熟,如1调味料拌炒均

匀即可盛起备用。

b、油少许下锅烧热,放下2调味

料爆香,并加入少许水煮开,

即盛碗备用。

c、豆皮摊开洒上2的调味汁,再

摊开一张豆皮贴附上去,再洒

点2的调味汁,再摊开一张豆

皮贴附上去(3张做成1组)。

d、把炒好的香菇、金茸摆在豆皮

上卷成长形,再放入蒸锅内蒸

3分钟,即可取出待凉供食。
