骨痂
病理学术语。骨折修复过程中，在骨折端出现的新生骨组织。骨的再生依靠骨外膜和骨内膜的成骨细胞增生。骨折后，两断端的骨外膜和骨内膜细胞增生并弥散到断端之间及其周围，形成软骨基质和骨基质，并有钙盐沉积而形成骨痂，再经改建过程，骨小梁按力学结构的方式排列，而使骨折愈合。X线表现为骨折处皮质外出现成层状的骨膜增生和云絮状模糊增白影。随着骨痂逐步吸收，骨化密度增高，愈合过程中的骨痂无清晰的骨结构，骨小梁排列紊乱，经不断的改建逐渐出现正常的骨结构。
