红斑增殖病
病名。亦称黏膜红斑病、增殖 性红斑、Queyrat红斑增殖病。为一种发生于龟头部的癌前期病变。系Queyrat氏于1911年首 次描述本病。认为本病的发生与未切除过长的包皮和包茎有关——局部长期炎症刺激所致。 发病年龄为40～65岁左右。病变部位界限清楚，隆起的限局性鲜红斑片，表面发亮，逐渐扩 大，增生呈块状，无自觉症状，无溃疡形成；如表面有糜烂改变，将是癌变的早期体征。诊 断可据龟头部浸润性红斑块、边界清楚、不规则改变、边缘略隆起、表面光滑发亮诸体征及 无自觉症状与活体病理组织检查(黏膜上皮明显增生肥厚、皮突延长增宽、正常黏膜上皮结 构消失并为异形上皮所代替，黏膜下层毛细血管扩张、带状炎症的胞浸润，主要为浆细胞及 淋巴样细胞，组织细胞，偶见嗜酸性细胞)。治疗方法：①激光、冷冻治疗；②手术切除术 ；③浅层X线治疗机治疗(总剂量1200～2000γ，自小剂量始，每周1次，每次为200γ)。
