Methods14-week-old SHRs were assigned randomly into 5 groups: the control groups,the groups treated with nifedipine,the other three groups treated with different doses of YiqiHuoxue recipe.

目的:本课题旨在探讨益气活血复方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左室重构以及血压、肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)活性变化的影响,进一步阐明益气活血复方逆转左室重构的作用机制,为中医药防治高血压左室重构提供实验依据。
