Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether (99m)~Tc-HL91 hypoxia imaging could detect reoxygenation of tumor after radiation therapy, and compared with (99m)~Tc-MIBI tumor imaging, We evaluated if the accumulation of (99m)~Tc-HL91 in tumors could aid in monitoring the response to radiation therapy and predicting the radiosentivities of KM mice bearing H22 tumor.
目的:应用(99m)~Tc-HL91 乏氧显像方法评测放疗后肿瘤细胞再氧合的情况,并通过与(99m)~Tc-MIBI 肿瘤阳性显像比较,探讨(99m)~Tc-HL91 乏氧显像在监测肿瘤放疗效果和预测肿瘤放疗敏感性方面的可行性。
