Objective:To observe the efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B(UVB) in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on the quality of life Methods:A total of 120 patients,aged 18-65 years old,independent and voluntary completion of the quality of life survey,were treated with 311 nm narrow-band ultraviolet B radiation only which was performed one time every other day,totally for 20 times.
目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及其对生活质量的影响 方法:选择门诊生活质量受明显影响的寻常型银屑病患者120例,年龄18-65岁,自愿并能独立完成生活质量的调查,单独采用窄谱UVB照射治疗,隔日1次,共20次,在光疗前、光疗10次,光疗20次分别给予银屑病的面积和严重指数(PASI)评分,计算有效率,记录不良反应的发生情况;并由患者独立完成生活质量调查表的填写。
