性质：又名博来霉素A5。由链霉菌Streptomyces pingyangensis n. sp. 产生的争光霉素多种组分中一单一组分A5。为白色粉末，无臭，引湿性强。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇，几乎不溶于氯仿、丙酮、乙醚。其抑制小鼠移植性食管癌SGA-73的作用较争光霉素A2强，用药后分布至癌组织中的浓度较高。临床用于头颈部鳞癌、恶性淋巴瘤，也用于食管癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌等。毒副反应有胃肠道反应、脱发、发热、口炎、肺炎样变或肺纤维化等。年老体弱、有肺部疾患者慎用。
