Methods In 18 adult upper extremity cadavers,origins,courses, branches,distribution and the anastomosis of the medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve,basilic vein and their nutrient vessels were studied under the operating microscope.
方法上肢标本18侧,显微剥离表皮组织,观察前臂内侧皮神经、贵要静脉及各自营养血管的起始、走行、分支、分布及与其它血管的吻合情况;新鲜整尸标本5具,动脉灌注显影剂,剥离体被组织于X光下摄影,分析皮动脉的分布及其与毗邻血管的关系。

Objective To explore the applied anatomy of the island fasciocutaneous flap pedicled with the nutrient vessels of the posterior antebrachial cutaneous nerve to provide the anatomical basis for the flap design.
目的 探讨前臂后皮神经营养血管皮瓣的应用解剖,为该皮瓣的设计提供解剖学基础。

带血管蒂的跖内侧皮瓣移位术
是指带足内侧动、静脉蒂的跖内侧皮瓣，可修复足跟部皮肤创面。此皮瓣是张涤生(1979年)最先报道成功。此皮瓣还可带足内侧神经的皮肤皮支成有神经支配的皮瓣。其缺点是皮瓣直径只有3cm左右，最宜修复跟部神经性溃疡。供区还需游离皮肤移植修复。
