去透明带地鼠卵穿透试验
该试验系研究精子获能和顶体反应及体外受精能力的试验。1972年经研究发现人精子可穿透去掉透明带的金黄地鼠卵膜并使其受精,因此可用于男性生育力的研究。主要方法是先将精子于培养液中孵育使获能和发生顶体反应,然后再与大量去透明带地鼠卵一起孵育。显微镜下观察精子核在卵胞浆内松解现象。目前这种试验只用于少数选择的病例,如确系不明原因不育者;或用于观察药物及手术治疗的效果,以了解精子质量有无改善。
