| 斜视 strabismus 两眼视轴不能同时注视同一目标，仅一眼视轴指向目标，而另一眼视轴偏向目标一侧的现象。分共同性斜视和非共同性斜视两大类：①共同性斜视。是肌肉本身和它的神经支配都没有器质性病变而发生的眼位偏斜；在向各不同方向注视或更换注视眼时，斜视角维持不变，又分为内斜视、外斜视、上斜视和旋转性斜视。治疗是使患者获得良好的视力，增加双眼单视功能的 机会，主要 包括矫正屈光不正，治疗弱视，正位视训练及手术治疗。②非共同性斜视，又称麻痹性斜视。六条眼外肌常处于一定的平衡状态，维持眼球的正常眼位，若一条或几条肌肉发生麻痹，眼球向麻痹肌作用相反的方向偏斜。又分先天性与后天性两种，先天性者其病因为先天发育异常，后天性者多因外伤、感染、肿瘤、血管病变、内分泌疾病、代谢障碍、退行性病变、毒素和维生素缺乏等所致，治疗应首先检查病因，针对病因采取措施。
