为寄生于槐树上的木耳，植物形态参见"木耳"条。
【性味】
①《药性论》："平。" ②《唐本草》："味苦辛，平，无毒。"
【功用主治】
治痔疮，便血，脱肛，崩漏。 ①《药性论》："能治风，破血，益力。" ②《唐本草》："主五痔，心痛，女人阴中疮痛。" ③《本草图经》："治大便血及五痔、脱肛等。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～3钱；或烧存性研末服。
【选方】
①治肠痔下血：槐树上木耳，为末，饮服方寸匕，日三服。(《肘后方》) ②治大肠风毒。下血不止：槐耳二两(烧灰)，干漆一两(捣碎、炒令烟出)。上药捣细罗为散，每于食前，以温酒调下-钱。(《圣惠方》) ③治妇人漏下，淋沥不绝：槐蛾不以多少，烧灰，细研为散。每服二钱匕，温酒调下，食前。(《圣济总录》槐蛾散) ④治月水不断，劳损黄瘦，暂止复发，小劳辄剧者：槐鹅(炒黄)、赤石脂各一两。为末。食前热洒服二钱。桑黄亦可。(《圣惠方》) ⑤治产后血疼欲死者：槐鸡半两。为末，酒浓煎，饮服。(《妇人良方》) ⑥治蛔虫心痛：槐上木耳(烧灰)末，如枣大，正发和水服，若不止，饮热水一升。(《随身备急方》)
