piggyback liver transplantation,PBLT
即为保留受者下腔静脉的原位肝移植。在原位肝移植病肝切除后的无肝期内,常规的方法经阻断肝上、肝下、下腔静脉,引起下肢、肾脏的静脉回流受阻导致全身血流动力学的改变。而保留受者的下腔静脉则可使血流动力学紊乱大为减轻。术中不必采用体外静脉转流术。
