放射性核素心血管动态显(成)像
放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。静脉注射短半衰期的标记化合物，短时间内标记化合物主要保留在血液内，并随血流先后到达心腔及大血管的不同部位。若在短时间内用γ照相机或ECT多次采集，不同部位将先后显影，不仅能分别显示各部位较清晰的形态结构，而且可以了解心脏、肺及大血管间血液流动的动态过程，这一显(成)像技术称为心血管动态显(成)像。常用显(成)像剂有99mTc-高锝酸盐和99mTc-人血清白蛋白，检查时以团注方式从静脉注入显(成)像剂740MBq。用γ照相机取前后位及30°左前斜位，1～2帧/s，连续采集15～18秒。心血管动态显(成)像对存在有心内异常分流及心脏、大血管腔有形态异常的先天性或某些后天性心脏病有一定诊断价值。
