做法
①雪梨去皮,去心,切厚片。
②红萝卜去皮,洗净切块。
③扇骨放入滚水中高火3分钟,取出洗净,斩件。
④无花果洗净,切开。
⑤陈皮浸软,洗净。
⑥把适量清水高火6分钟至滚,放入全部材料中火40分钟,下盐调味即可。
