Methods: The origin, branch and distribution of the posterior rami of spinal nerves and the dorsal branches of the segmental artery, vein in the thoracolumbar region were observed on 10 adult specimens.
方法 :选用 10具经防腐固定 ,在解剖显微镜下对胸腰段脊柱后部结构进行逐层解剖 ,重点观测脊神经后支及其分支、脊柱节段动静脉的后支的来源、走行以及分布规律。

指切断脊神经的后根，以阻断感觉神经进入脊髓的传导通路，从而解除该脊神经分布区域的疼痛。由于脊神经的重叠支配，需同时切断3根邻近的脊神经后根，才能获得一带状感觉缺失。该手术仅适用于疼痛界限特别清楚且范围不大的病例。
