METHODS:The amount of nuclear DNA in the marrow of sternum was determined from 1 to 10 d after death stained by improved Feulgen histochemical method with image analysis.
方法:离体人胸骨置于特定条件下,随时间延长分别取材制成病理切片,应用DNA高度特异性染色方法Feulgen改良法结合计算机图像分析技术对死后不同时间胸骨骨髓细胞核DNA含量变化进行分析。

肿瘤贴近壁层胸膜及胸膜肿瘤，用特制钝头钩针穿刺胸壁，钩出少量肺组织或胸膜作活检。由于经胸壁穿刺肺胸活检所得的组织很少，穿刺部位须准确，才能提高阳性率。
