目的:应用表面增强激光解吸/离子化-飞行时间-质谱(surface enhanced laserdesorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry,SELDI-TOF-MS)蛋白质芯片技术检测完全切除术后、分期为ⅠB-ⅢA的肺癌和初治、分期为Ⅳ期的肺癌两组患者血清中的差异表达蛋白,发现肺癌远处转移的蛋白质标志并探讨其临床意义。
