[方法]对我院产科门诊行首次产科检查建卡的2000位孕妇,由孕妇决定是否接受HIV检测,并有针对性开展健康教育、行为干预及关怀干预服务,对干预前后AIDS防治知识及恐惧、焦虑心理进行调查。
