inflammatory mediator
又称“化学介质”。参与炎症反应的化学活性物质。在炎症渗出性反应中，能扩张血管和增高血管壁通透性，具有促成炎症血管反应的重要作用。内源性炎症介质、来源于组织或血浆。主要有血管活性胺，如组胺和5-羟色胺、激肽类，补体系统C3、C5、C567、前列腺素，以及中性粒细胞释放的炎症介质，如阳离子蛋白质、酸性蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶和多种淋巴因子等。
