This paper deals with a brief introduction to the work done on the standardization of the syndrome differentiation system in recent years.

The west medicine’s cure has a lot of shortage , traditional Chinese medicine’s curative effectis is notable , but there are not uniting regulation in syndrome differentiation system , so it is necessary to sort out developing process of traditional Chinese medicine mode in treating infectious disease.

So constructing a new syndrome differentiation and treatment system of Chinese medicine on the basic of Emperor\'s internal classic will promote the development of the subject of diabetes mellitus in Chinese medicine and improve the curative effect.

In this paper, some behavior phenomenon at present ,such as forgeting what is right at the sight of profit and not to speak sincere, is reviewed, dialectical relation of interests and sincere is analysed, that sincere is the basic way where enterprises manage is pointed out, and building ethics environment of interests and sincere concurrently is discussed.

There is a dialectical relation between the form and the spirit.
