材料
肥大鲜香菇数朵 绿花椰菜数小朵 黄玉米1小片 九层塔2两
调味料
辣椒 黑胡椒粒 酱油膏 盐
作法
1.绿椰花菜、黄玉米块,以开水加油加盐川烫摆盘边备用。
2.鲜香菇去蒂洗净,背面用刀轻划斜纹交叉。
3.平底锅内注入适当橄榄油,置入备好的香菇先煎背面再煎内面,使熟透,起锅至盘中花椰菜之旁。
4.罗勒(九层塔)洗净风干,切细末拌一点盐,锅内注入橄榄油约2~3汤匙,先放入辣椒末再倒入切末的九层塔,马上起锅。
5.将罗勤酱加少许酱油膏、黑胡椒粒,淋在煎香菇上即可食用。
