介入放射学技术。经透视、CT等方法导向，经皮穿刺肺内病变，获取细胞学和/或组织学标本的介入放射学技术。主用于肺内病变的鉴别诊断。经皮穿刺技术可用于肺内、胸腔及部分纵隔病变的诊断，主要并发症为气胸和血痰。气胸多为少量，可自行吸收，少数病例可因穿刺中剧咳或操作不当发生大量或活瓣气胸。近年来采用的针道粘堵技术可防止部分气胸的发生。血痰大多为一过性，误穿透较大血管者可较严重，需作对症治疗。
