义眼
prosthetic eye,ocular prosthesis

  又称“假眼”。是供先天性无眼球或眼球摘除后配戴的眼赝复体。通常用瓷片、硅胶或塑料制成。若眼窝狭窄、闭锁无法置入义眼时,应先行扩张术或眼窝再造术。如眼肌完好时,可在眼窝内置入一硅胶或塑料底座,将眼肌缝于底座周边,在底座上放置假眼,此时假眼能随眼肌运动而活动。如眼球、眼睑均缺失时,可借助眼镜将眼赝复体固位。
