精液分析
精液系成年男性射精时排出的液状物质。对其性状，组织与生化成分的检测称精液分析。一般认为，正常情况下，一次可排出精液2～6ml，灰白色，较黏稠，半小时左右完全液化。每1ml约含2千万以上精子，活动率应在50%以上且以直线活动为主。畸形精子少于50%，白细胞极少。目前未对其生化成分如果糖及各种酶含量等，做常规检查而只作为研究之用。
