【性状】
本品呈圆柱形或半圆柱形,略弯曲,长6~18cm,直径1.5~4.5cm。表面 灰棕色,粗糙,有纵沟纹;除去粗皮的呈淡黄色,有刀刮的痕迹。体重,质坚实,不易 折断,断面粉性,有灰棕色与类白色相间连续排列的放射状纹理。无臭,味苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品横切面:木栓层为10~15列细胞。栓内层为3~5列细胞。石细 胞环带与栓内层连接,其下有多列薄壁细胞。韧皮部射线宽广;筛管群皱缩;有少数石 细胞散在。形成层环不甚明显。木质部射线宽20~30余列细胞;导管较大,直径45~ 220μm;木纤维束位于导管旁,纤维直径约20μm,壁较厚。薄壁细胞含淀粉粒,有的含 草酸钙簇晶。 (2) 取本品粉末3g,加乙醇50ml,加热回流1小时,滤过,滤液蒸干,残渣加乙醇5ml 使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取广防己对照药材,同法制成对照药材溶液。再取马兜铃酸 对照品,加甲醇-丙酮(9:1) 的混合溶液,超声处理15分钟,制成每1ml含0.2mg的溶液,作 为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验,吸取上述三种溶液各3μl,分别点于同 一硅胶G薄层板上使成条状,以甲苯-醋酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(20:10:1:1) 的上层溶液为展开 剂,展开,取出,晾干,分别置日光及紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中,在与对 照药材和对照品色谱相应的位置上,分别显相同颜色的条斑。
【炮制】
除去杂质及粗皮,稍浸,洗净,润透,切厚片,干燥。
【性味与归经】
苦、辛、寒。归膀胱、肺经。
【功能与主治】
祛风止痛,清热利水。用于湿热身痛,风湿痹痛,下肢水肿,小便不 利。
【用法与用量】
4.5~9g。
【贮藏】
置干燥处,防霉,防蛀。
