膀胱的恶性肿瘤。致癌物质为联苯胺和2-萘胺、或应用与之类似物质的工业如化工、染料、橡胶、塑料、沥青、皮革等。80%的膀胱癌表现为肉眼血尿,间歇性,无痛性,可自行停止。尿中出现“腐肉”、排尿困难,严重的膀胱刺激症状,下腹肿块、贫血、浮肿等已属晚期。膀胱横纹肌瘤是儿科婴儿时期肿瘤,常表现为排尿困难、尿潴留、尿中有葡萄状肿瘤细胞,血尿是晚期症状。
