与肾小球基底膜结合的自身抗体。也可与肺泡毛细血管基底膜结合。多出现在肺肾共同受累的Goodpasture综合征。由于感染与人类肾小球基底膜有共同抗原性的A组12型溶血性链球菌而产生交叉抗体。用免疫荧光检查,在肾小球和肺泡毛细血管基底膜上有免疫复合物沉积,呈线状荧光,属IgG,结合补体C3。急进性肾小球肾炎的肾小球基底膜也多呈线状荧光。
