Objective: To explore the development and function after transplantation of the fresh and frozen-thawed and cultured human fetal ovary in nude-mice; To investigate the feasibility for hetero-transplantation of human fetal ovary.
目的:将冷冻前后及培养前后人胎儿卵巢组织埋植入去势BALB/c-nu/nu裸鼠体内,通过观察受体阴道脱落细胞的变化、埋植卵巢及受体子宫内膜的组织学改变、受体血清雌二醇水平,判断胎儿卵巢组织埋植后的存活、生长及功能状况。

Objective: To evaluate whether the fresh and frozen-thawed human fetal ovary can develop and secret Estradiol (E_2) in tissue culture in vitro; to evaluate the influences of FSH and NAC on the featal ovary in vitro; to investigate the appropriate culture medium for human fetal ovary and offer some experimental data for the follwing study of human ovary transplantation.
目的:探讨人胎儿卵巢在体外培养及冷冻保存复苏后不同条件下卵泡发育并分泌雌激素情况,探讨体外培养条件下卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸(N-acetyl-L-cysteine,NAC)对人胎儿卵巢发育的影响;了解人胎儿卵巢组织的最佳体外培养条件,为后续研究提供必要的实验依据。

α地中海贫血的一个类型。是两条16号染色体的4个α因全部缺失或缺陷,基型为α地中海贫血纯合子,完全不能分成α链,而合成Hb Barts(γ4),患病胎儿常于妊娠后期成为死胎或早产后不久死亡。主要表现为胎盘增大而易破碎、重度贫血、全身明显水肿、肝脾肿大。此病在我国广西和广东已有发现。
