性质:又名二磷酸胞苷胆碱,尼可林,尼古林,西替可灵,胞二磷胆碱,胞胆碱。具有吸湿性的白色粉末,无臭。易溶于水,几乎不溶于乙醇、丙酮、氯仿。以胞苷-5′-二磷酸盐为原料制得。本品为核苷衍生物。精神兴奋药,对改善脑组织代谢、促进大脑功能恢复、促进苏醒有一定作用。主要用于急性颅脑外伤及脑手术后的意识障碍。制剂为注射液。副作用为对呼吸、脉搏、血压无明显影响,有时可引起暂时性血压下降、失眠、兴奋及给药时发热等。在脑出血急性期不宜用大剂量。对急性症状严重,并仍在继续发展的意识障碍病例应并用止血剂、降低颅内压药,同时采取低温处理。其他不良反应如恶心、皮疹、眩晕、痉挛、头痛、倦怠等。
