气功著作。秦重三著。此书提出心与意合、意与气合、气与力合、形松意紧、意守丹田等练功原则；述说三圆式、三合式、伏虎式3种站桩基本姿势；阐明6种调节呼吸之法，亦即气功锻炼6个阶段；更以击腹、摇摆、蹲坐举重等10种肢体动作配合静功习练，以防偏差。秦氏主张将气功锻炼与日常生活融为一体，颇受外界重视，影响亦较大。1959年由上海科学技术出版社出版。1984年修订本补充有“气功静默吐纳八字法”。
