又称"肠道血吸虫病"。为曼氏血吸虫寄生于人体门静脉所引起的疾病,流行于南美洲,主要传染源为病人。临床上以腹泻、下痢及肝、脾肿大为其特点。病变一般较日本血吸虫病轻。防治参见"日本血吸虫病"。
