【方法】成年大鼠侧脑室内分别注入NGF正、反义寡核苷酸(antisense oligonucleotide,AS-ODN)和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)并使用红藻氨酸(kainic acid,KA)致痫后分别在48h、72h、1w和4w采用普通病理方法、免疫组化和Timm S染色法研究NGF反义寡核苷酸干预所引起的NGF蛋白表达变化与大鼠癫痫海马病理改变、神经元损伤修复和苔藓纤维发芽的关系。
