当蛔虫幼虫移行到肺时可引起蛔蚴性肺炎。虫少可无症状,虫多则出现干咳、发热,病程较长,肺部体征常不明显,而X线检查可显示病灶淡影,但阴影游走变迁或很快消失。重症患儿,暴喘发憋、唇指发绀、咳血痰,痰中偶可见蛔幼虫,嗜酸细胞显著增多。上述症状一般于2周内消失。
