Methods: Forty-seven patients with prostate cancer complicated with bladder outlet obstruction were treated by combined use of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TUVP) and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
方法:联合应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TU-VP)与经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗合并膀胱出口梗阻的前列腺癌患者47例,结合去势术及术后雄激素阻断治疗。

经耻骨联合后尿道吻合术
手术名。适于后尿道断裂并耻骨联合分离骨折，尿生殖膈撕裂者。硬膜外麻醉，平卧位，下腹正中切口显露膀胱及耻骨后间隙。自骨折处牵开耻骨联合显露后尿道，压迫骨折端止血。在尿道外口插入导尿管或尿道探子寻及尿道远侧断端；在膀胱内经膀胱颈插入尿道探子确定近侧断端。以肠线吻合两断端，尿道内置F16～18号导尿管。耻骨联合骨折处钻孔以钢丝缝合固定，行耻骨后引流及耻骨上膀胱造瘘。术后留置导尿，抗生素防止感染，雌激素及镇静剂避免阴茎勃起，48～72小时拔除引流条，7～14天拆除导尿管，12～14天拔除膀胱造瘘管。定期扩张尿道。
