| 银屑病 psoriasis 一种常见的复发性炎症性皮肤病。俗称牛皮癣。皮损为对称性泛发的上覆银白鳞屑的斑丘疹、斑块。难于根治，易复发。病程可分为以下几期：①进行期。可能与急性扁桃体炎有关，发病急，有点状红斑丘疹，有肤屑，抓破有同样皮损发生。②静止期。有较大斑块，肤屑，静止不动。③退行期。皮损消退减少。还可有脓疮型，全身泛发，表现发热，全身不适，很易变成红皮病。关节型伴有类风湿样关节炎。红皮病型全身受侵变成红色皮肤，肤屑多，久治不愈。进行期应着重全身治疗，勿用刺激性药物，以免变为红皮症；静止、退行期着重外用药物；紫外线照射有效；近年来口服维甲酸并用紫外线照射，或加用外用蒽林或焦油制剂；口服中药也有效。 |
