解剖名。亦称柯莱斯(colles)筋膜 。为会阴固有筋膜在尿生殖三角处之浅层。较菲薄。覆盖于球海绵体肌，坐骨海绵体肌，会 阴浅横肌及海绵体表面。前接阴囊内膜、阴茎浅筋膜及腹前壁的浅筋膜深层。两侧附着于坐 骨和耻骨下支的下缘及坐骨结节。于会阴浅横肌后缘与尿生殖膈上、下筋膜相会合，于中线 处与会阴中心腱及尿道球中隔相会合。对盆腔脏器有一定的载负作用。
