Materials and Methods:The SCT characteristics of papillary renal cell carcinoma(n=4),multilocular clear cell renal cell carcinoma(n=4),chromophobe renal cell carcinoma(n=2),xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis(n=2),malignant degeneration of bladder diverticulum(n=1),malignant degeneration of extrophia bladder(n=1) and amyloidosis of bladder(n=1),were analyzed retrospectively.
膀胱淀粉样变性1例,CT表现为膀胱右后壁不规则增厚,呈多个乳头状突入膀胱腔内,无增强。

呼吸道淀粉样变性
指发生于气管、支气管或肺实质内弥漫性或局限性淀粉样变性。病因未明，肺部原发性淀粉样变性，可为局限性或弥漫性。前者为结节样病灶，淀粉样物质主要沉积在胸膜下，源于小支气管的肌层，并累及间质，其周围有浆细胞，淋巴细胞浸润和巨噬细胞吞噬淀粉样物，并有钙化和骨化。后者为弥漫性的肺泡隔淀粉样变性，常伴发全身性淀粉样变性或多发性骨髓瘤。常见症状为咳嗽。病变广泛引起气道阻塞者，可有哮鸣音，呼吸困难和肺部反复感染症状，如发热、咳脓性痰。少数有咯血、声音嘶哑等。X线征象：可见有局限性肿块影或充盈缺损。支气管镜活体组织检查可确诊。临床手术切除效果良好。
