Methods: On 32 adult cadaver lower limb specimens perfused with red latex, the origins, diameters, courses, branches and distributions of the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve of foot and its nutrient vessels were observed.
目的:为足背外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣设计提供解剖学依据。

方法 32侧乳胶灌注的成人下肢标本，对足背部皮神经(包括足背内侧皮神经、足背中间皮神经、足背外侧皮神经和腓深神经终末支)及其营养血管进行解剖，观察其起始、直径、走行、分支及分布情况。

是指带第1掌骨背动、静脉的示指背侧轴型皮瓣的移位手术。其范围远端到示指近侧指间关节水平，两侧至指侧方中线，近侧可延伸到手掌背部。我国侯春林(1984年)报告此皮瓣移位修复拇指指端缺损，亦可修复虎口创面，不仅感觉良好，皮肤质量亦好。
