关节强直
病理学术语。关节破坏后，在愈合过程中造成的关节活动性丧失。可分为纤维性强直与骨性强直两种。相邻关节面破坏修复后，由纤维组织连接固定造成的关节强直为“纤维性强直”。X线片上只显示关节间隙不同程度的狭窄，看不到骨组织穿过关节间隙，常见于关节结核。严重的关节破坏愈合后，关节各骨之间由骨质连接为“骨性强直”。X线片上除关节间隙全部或部分消失外，并可见骨小梁通过原关节间隙，为化脓性关节炎的后遗改变。
