臂间 经外穴名。《千金要方》：“丁（疔）肿，灸掌后横纹后指，男左女右，七壮即差，已用得效。丁肿灸法虽多，然此一法甚验，出于意表也。”《类经图翼》列作经外穴，名手掌后臂间穴。《针灸孔穴及其疗法便览》等则名臂间。在掌后横纹正中直上五横指，掌长肌腱与桡侧腕屈肌腱之间。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
