In order to solve the problem of the decreasing informing efficiency of air-raid alarming signals due to the effect of high buildings and noises in cities,the research paper has designed an air-raid alarming informing network to release air-raid defense signals utilizing public media such as broadcasting,television and telecommunications,and the technology has been well applied to practice.
针对城市中由于高层建筑以及城市环境噪声的影响,使得防空警报信号的报知率下降的问题,设计并实现了利用广播、电视、移动通信等公众媒体,发放防空警报信号的空袭警报报知网,并得到了的应用。
